Grayson Cox

Grayson is a New York-based artist with a diverse practice that includes photography, printmaking, architectural building, painting, teaching, curatorial work and family life. Grayson has exhibited in New York and internationally, with shows at venues such as the New Museum, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, The Center for Contemporary Art in Warsaw, Poland, Maihar, India, Tokyo Big Site and many more.

Grayson is the recipient of the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation Artistic Innovation and Collaboration Grant, the National Society of Arts & Letters Career Award, the Daisy Soros Prize, and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Workspace Residency. He was educated at Columbia University, Indiana University, the Sommer Akademie in Salzburg, and the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York. Gaining most knowledge from the City of New York, travel and his community of producers.
